Understanding Base Sheets - Overview

The Overview sheet provides a summary across the entire dataset you are configured to view.

To make selections and update the report:

  1. Click a data point in a chart or graph in the content area of a sheet.

    All associated visualisations are updated immediately. A confirmation box displays around the selection.

  2. To confirm the selection, click the Tick (Tick) icon or press ENTER.

The following table describes the sections of the Overview sheet

Section Description and actions

SUMMARY

Displays the following items:

  • The total number of feedback items you have received.
  • The total number of NPS scores you have received.
  • The Average given score across all feedback received, plus the average given score for this week and the previous week. (This week is the 7 days leading up to the most recent day you received feedback.)
  • The average Sentiment score across all feedback received, plus the Average given score for the this week and the previous week. (This week is the 7 days leading up to the most recent day you received feedback. )

SCORE BREAKDOWN - NPS SCORE

Displays the volume of feedback received for each given score.

  • Click Score Toggle to choose an alternative given score (if your programme has multiple given scores) or the feedback sentiment or insight sentiment scores or NPS score.

TREND - LAST 12 MONTHS

Contains a bar chart showing the volume of feedback per month (bar coloured red/amber/green to shows feedback volume for good/average/bad scores) plus a line graph showing the average given score by month.

  • Click on a month to show the scores by week.
  • Click on a week to show the results by date.
  • Hovering over any bar or part of the line graph displays a tooltip showing the average given score and the time period covered by that score.

TALKING POINTS

Displays the first view of what customers are talking about. It displays the number of positive and negative mentions customers have made for each category of your taxonomy. This panel shows all categories in the bottom-most level of your taxonomy (that is, the most detailed level) and is ordered by categories that have the highest number of negative sentiment comments.

  • Click the Sentiment drop-down menu to select positive or negative sentiments.
  • Click the Select Tier drop-down menu to select which level of the taxonomy is viewed.

SAMPLE COMMENTS

Displays a selection of comments based on the filters you have selected to ensure the in-context voice-of-the-customer is always with you.
